Mindless Academy’s 1-week Career Boost is a highly engaging employability experience that’s quick and easy to deploy – at scale!
Our 1-week Career Boost is a sprint-style version of our 4-week CORE programme. Following our tried and tested Mindset, Skills + Experience framework, students engage in a short-term, high-value, transformative experience that enhances confidence and employability.
This is available to deploy at each level, L3 – Career Launch, L4 – Career Discovery + L6 – Career Readiness.

Our Career Boosts are all 1 week in duration. Each week is made up of 6-10 hours of both on-demand learning and independent study
